How can we help?

Help for existing users. If you're still deciding whether to download, the FAQ on the main page has you covered.

Taste profile

Picks don't feel right yet The more you rate, the sharper the model gets. Aim for 15–20 ratings across a range of genres — including a few dislikes — to give it enough signal.
Starting over Go to Settings → Reset Profile. This wipes your ratings and taste vector and starts fresh from the seed grid.
Cold-start fallback Haven't seen many films? Skip the seed grid and pick genres and moods instead — the model bootstraps from those tags and improves as you rate.

Your data

Exporting everything Go to Settings → Export Profile. Choose JSON, CSV, or Markdown. The file includes your ratings, watchlist, and preferences.
Moving to a new device Export your profile on the old device, then use Settings → Import Profile on the new one to pick up exactly where you left off.
Deleting everything Use Settings → Delete all data, or simply uninstall the app. There is no copy on any server, so deletion is immediate and permanent.
